We collaborate with HR departments of over 1,000 global corporations, to deliver a comprehensive financial wellbeing service for their 1.6m employees.

 About the role

As a Marketing Executive, you’ll work closely with our Head of Marketing to deliver a wide range of exciting content and campaigns.  We’re putting a big focus on marketing and giving it the push it deserves. This role is crucial in helping us deliver on our ambitions and make a real impact. From crafting content to supporting marketing promotions with our HR clients, you’ll help us communicate with our clients in creative, engaging ways.

Key responsibilities

  • Content design: Design and proof impactful content to inspire and inform our customers and prospects
  • Email marketing: Create and send regular client emails to keep our audiences engaged and informed, using a library of pre-compliance approved, professionally written copy
  • Client promotions: Work with our corporate services team to deliver up to date and impactful promotions to support HR events, such as face to face advice meeting clinics, and webinars
  • Website support: Assist with maintaining and updating our website – including regular blog updates
  • Social media: Help manage and grow our company LinkedIn presence and support Advisers in generating referrals via self-promotion
  • Internal communications: Assist the Head of Marketing and wider business as appropriate in creating and sending internal communications to keep employees informed and engaged
  • General support: Provide admin assistance to ensure the smooth running of the marketing and corporates services function.

What we’re looking for

  • Creative flair: You have a desire in generating fresh ideas and turning them into impactful content
  • Attention to detail: You take pride in delivering work that’s polished and accurate, from sharp copy to well-crafted designs
  • Proactive approach: You’re enthusiastic, forward-thinking, and ready to take the initiative.

Skills:

  • Confident with Canva, Adobe, or similar design tools (essential).
  • Strong copywriting skills (essential – though experience in Financial Promotion rules and writing market insights are not expected).
  • Confident with Microsoft Office (essential)
  • Experience with WordPress (desired)
  • Familiarity with email platforms (desired).

Qualifications:

  • A degree (or similar qualification) in marketing, business, or a related field; or at least three years of experience in a marketing role.
