Bird & Bird is an international leading law firm.

We successfully launched our mortgage advice service to Bird & Bird’s UK staff, in August 2015, offering individual 30-minute one-to-one appointments, hosted by our advisers, in pre-bookable mortgage advice ‘surgery’ days.

Our service is not restricted to these surgeries. All Bird & Bird staff, as well as their friends and family, can arrange to meet with our advisers at a time that suits them. Whether they choose for that meeting to be face-to-face, over the telephone or as an online video meeting, is up to them. We offer a range of options, including a custom-built video portal, to ensure all our clients can access our services in a way that is most convenient to them.

Employee Engagement Results

Since launching the service in August 2015, we have met with 400 Bird and Bird employees and received an additional 51 overflow enquiries. These meetings have led us to arranging 151 mortgages totalling to £51,946,145.

All of our services are offered completely free of charge to those at Bird & Bird we waive ALL fees for advice, application support and all online content. The fee-free service is also extended to friends and family members of our corporate partners. We aim to save our clients time, stress and money.

Summary

Much of our success at Bird & Bird comes down to the fact that our services are regularly promoted amongst their staff. Promotion of our services to by sending out monthly emails to all Bird & Bird staff plays a key role in making our services such a successful employee benefit.

Since 2015, when asked, 100% of Bird & Bird employees who answered our service questionnaire, would recommend us.
