We are an independent mortgage brokerage with expertise in the employee benefit sector. At Charles Cameron & Associates (CC&A), we can advise clients on Residential and buy-to-let mortgages and remortgages, as well as Bridging Finance, Commercial, Second Charge Mortgages and Secured Lending. We are directly authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.

Benefit your business and your employees

Financial Education

We visit your offices and provide free of charge, one-to-one mortgage education sessions for staff. All staff members also have access to our online portal which features educational content that can be accessed on any device 24/7.

Mortgage Advice

All staff members who attend one of our surgeries are then allocated a dedicated adviser for all future advice and support. They will have access to an administrator for updates, once an application is made to the Lender. This is also the case for individuals who use our services.

Our Story

The company has grown from a brokerage with 6 advisers when founded in 2004, to becoming one of the leading brokerages in London, with over 100 advisers supported by dedicated mortgage and protection administration departments.

By the end of 2007, CC&A had established relationships with 10 business partners. This grew to 16 in 2011 and 20 in 2013. By the end of 2015, CC&A was working with the benefits and HR teams of 57 partners to offer their employees a mortgage advice service. This has now increased to over 230 partners in 2022. Our growth has been mainly due to referrals both by individual clients and via HR and Benefits teams recommending us to their peers, as an easy to implement and free service which greatly supports their financial wellbeing initiatives.
